Boyband, Aziatix<\/strong>, graced AOL’s Music homepage<\/strong> today, making them the first ever Asian American music group to do so<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The group’s “Slipping Away”<\/strong> video made the front page and they continue to have success both in the US and abroad in Germany, Australia, Canada, and South Korea. <\/p>\n

This is not the first time Aziatix have made headlines. The handsome trio have also been featured on USTREAM<\/strong> and MSN Music’s front page<\/strong>. As their popularity grows, so does Aziatix’s exposure on mainstream Western sites, which have been traditionally dominated by American mainstream musicians. This is a huge step for the Asian American community as their artists continue their struggle in breaking into the dominant Western market. <\/p>\n

Their album “Nocturnal”<\/strong> ranked in real time charts on Cyworld Music and has quickly risen up iTunes charts. The trio consists of Korean-Americans Eddie Shin, Flowsik<\/strong> and Nicky Lee<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
