Singer, actor, international star Rain has updated his fans on his current situation by writing them a letter by hand.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Awwwwww!<\/p>\n

He wanted to thank his many fans that have continually sent him letters through an online community site. He wrote, \u201cI have some time right now so I thought I would jot down a few words\u2026 I am receiving all of your letters and am reading them thoroughly. Letters are my biggest source of strength.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued<\/strong>, \u201cI am getting along well with the other soldiers. I\u2019m learning new things here that I\u2019ve never come across in society, and for that I\u2019m thankful. I\u2019m a lot older than the other soldiers here. They are at least seven years my junior, and some are up to eleven years younger than I am. I think they like asking me for advice in life.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes I get lonely and tired, cold and hungry,\u201d<\/strong> he said in regards to military life and concluded, \u201cBut I\u2019m learning to enjoy myself in a new environment. I have to go now, I\u2019m going into training.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fans who saw his letter remarked, \u201cI\u2019m so relieved that you\u2019re doing well\u201c, \u201cI\u2019ll write you too\u201c, and \u201cSoldier Jung Ji Hoon fighting!\u201d<\/p>\n

Rain became an official active duty soldier for the 306 reserves in GyungGido Uijeongboo on October 11th.<\/strong><\/p>\n
