India’s most famous couple – actress and model Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her actor husband Abhishek Bachchan – have had a baby girl. As the latest addition to one of a small number of acting and producing dynasties that dominate Bollywood, will she grow up to be an actress?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Her husband confirmed on Twitter.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“IT’S A GIRL!!!!!!” wrote Abhishek Bachchan,<\/p>\n

“Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes,” Bachchan later added.<\/strong> “Both Aishwarya and the baby are doing great and taking some much needed rest.” <\/p>\n

Bachchan’s father, Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, also Tweeted about the new arrival, calling her “the cutest baby girl.”<\/strong> <\/p>\n

The name has not been released yet!<\/strong><\/p>\n
