users more likely to follow bloggers\/journos than news organizations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A recent study found that during the uprisings in Egypt and Tunisia, Twitter users were more likely to get information from journalists, bloggers and activists than from news organizations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBoth revolutions featured prominent use of social media, both by activists organizing the demonstrations, and by those disseminating or discussing news of the events locally and globally,\u201d says the study, published in the International Journal of Communication.<\/p>\n<p><object
