Ten local chefs are competing for the title of Best Chinese Chef i<\/strong>n Vancouver, Canada <\/strong>on January 29 and 30<\/strong> at the BC Foodservice Expo.<\/p>\n

Vancouver is known for its outstanding Chinese cuisine outside of the Mainland and the competition will be engaged in multiple rounds of competitions with the quarter-final, semi-final and final rounds of competition carried out in the black box format.<\/p>\n

The competing chefs are members of the Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) <\/strong>and the BC Chefs Association.<\/strong> Nine teams have been selected to date, based on merit and experience.<\/p>\n

\nChun Lum Ma<\/strong> of Shiang Garden Seafood Restaurant
\nKeng Wai Ng<\/strong> of Vivacity Restaurant
\nTodd Bright <\/strong>of Wild Rice Modern Chinese Restaurant<\/p>\n
