The Bling Ring is a group of young people who burglarized the homes of high-profile celebs including Paul Oakenfold, Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson, Shia Labeouf, Emmy Rossum, Paris Hilton, Ashley Tisdale and Audrina Patridge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sofia Coppola began production of her own ‘Bling Ring’ film in March, which stars Emma Watson in the lead role as Alexis Neiers and relative newcomer Katie Chang in the supporting role as Rachel Lee.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

According to Alexis Neiers, Rachel Lee was the mastermind behind this whole scheme. Lee “was so manipulating, so conniving. Nick always did what she said. Rachel was in charge. She started it all.”<\/strong> – wikipedia<\/em><\/p>\n

So why is Watson who is clearly WHITE, the lead role? Still hard to accept Asians as lead characters in Hollywood? That is not reality!<\/strong><\/p>\n

BTW – Alexis Neiers was hired as a “consultant” for Coppola’s film. <\/p>\n
