THANKS A BILL IONS SUZY!! \ud83d\ude42<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n4 cloves garlic, finely chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 cup roasted red peppers<br \/>\n1\/3 cup hoisin sauce<br \/>\n2 teaspoons prepared horseradish<br \/>\n3 chicken fillets (about 1 1\/4 lb)<br \/>\n1 cup sushi rice<br \/>\n6 tablespoons light garlic\/herb cheese spread<br \/>\n2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar<br \/>\n2 tablespoons agave nectar (or honey)<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 lb sugar snap peas<br \/>\nCooking spray<br \/>\n1 1\/2 teaspoons salt-free garlic\/herb seasoning<br \/>\n1\/2 cup rice wine vinegar<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOISIN CHICKEN<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n4 cloves garlic, finely chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 cup roasted red peppers<br \/>\n1\/3 cup hoisin sauce<br \/>\n2 teaspoons prepared horseradish<br \/>\n3 chicken fillets (about 1 1\/4 lb)<br \/>\n1 cup sushi rice<br \/>\n6 tablespoons light garlic\/herb cheese spread<br \/>\n2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar<br \/>\n2 tablespoons agave nectar (or honey) <\/p>\n<p><strong>Prep<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.<br \/>\n\u2022Chop garlic (2 teaspoons).<br \/>\n\u2022Slice red peppers into thin strips.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Combine hoisin sauce, horseradish, and garlic. Place chicken fillets in baking dish, pour garlic mixture over chicken. Let stand 5\u20136 minutes (or overnight) to marinate.<br \/>\n2.Bake chicken 20\u201325 minutes or until chicken is 165\u00b0F.<br \/>\n3.Cook rice following package instructions.<br \/>\n4.Slice chicken and return to baking dish. Top chicken slices evenly with garlic\/herb cheese and roasted peppers; bake 2\u20133 more minutes or until cheese melts.<br \/>\n5.Whisk rice vinegar and agave nectar until agave dissolves. Remove rice from heat. Stir vinegar mixture into cooked rice; cover and let stand 2\u20133 minutes to absorb. Serve chicken over rice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GLAZED SUGAR SNAP PEAS<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n3\/4 lb sugar snap peas<br \/>\nCooking spray<br \/>\n1 1\/2 teaspoons salt-free garlic\/herb seasoning<br \/>\n1\/2 cup rice wine vinegar <\/p>\n<p><strong>Prep<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Trim stems and strings from peas, if desired.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Preheat large saut\u00e9 pan on medium-high 2\u20133 minutes. Remove pan from heat; coat with cooking spray. Add peas; cook 2\u20133 minutes or until lightly browned.<br \/>\n2.Season with garlic\/herb seasoning and rice wine vinegar; cook 1 more minute or until vinegar evaporates and peas are glazed.
