The room, known as The Niche Fragrance Landing, is lined with scented candles, and pretty vials. A dapper young gentleman steps out of the group to offer a warm greeting.<\/p>\n<p>The gentleman, Fredrick Bouchardy, creator of Joya, a Brooklyn based design and fragrance house, makes quick introductions around the table before offering tea to his guests. For this occasion a rare group has assembled. Perfumer Rayda Vega, and author M.J.
