Luckily, the crack was just narrow enough to catch his head \u2014 that is, in the above video, he\u2019s not really holding on with his hands. It&#8217;s is head holding on!<\/p>\n<p>Residents who heard the boy\u2019s cries called emergency personnel, but while waiting, some opened up a big bedsheet underneath to catch him should he fall, while a man (identified simply as \u201cyellow-shirted man\u201d) climbed out from his third-story window and tried to push the child up. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Baby is fine and said to be recovering!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Where are the parents?
