Jason Wu’s Resort 2013 collection has plenty of thoughtfully placed Swarovski sparkle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Insect and flower motifs created with hundreds of Swarovski Elements, inspired by the work of artist Mike Libby<\/strong>, were integrated to accent the collection\u2019s rich color palette of coral, bright blue, lime green and bright white.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the resort collection, I was inspired by two things: the idea of a man made nature mixed with the elegance of 60’s couture shapes. I used Swarovski Elements to create “mechanical” bugs that also bring to mind 60’s fine jewelry,\u201d told www.fashionetc.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Colorful Swarovski crystal flowers added bright and flirty detail on black and white dresses<\/strong>, and were added to bags and shoes for extra pops of statement sparkle.<\/p>\n
