The bridal queen has “mutually and amicably” separated from husband Arthur Becker.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wang declined to comment Tuesday, but her company\u2019s president, Mario Grauso, issued the following statement,<\/strong> \u201cVera Wang and Arthur Becker have mutually and amicably agreed to separate. They remain devoted parents to their two daughters.\u201d<\/p>\n

The designer and Becker, who wed at The Pierre hotel in 1989, have two daughters, Cecilia and Josephine.<\/strong> At the time of their wedding, Wang was design director for Ralph Lauren women\u2019s accessories and at-home wear, and he was a stockbroker at Bear Stearns & Co. The following year, Wang ventured out on her own, opening a signature salon in The Carlyle hotel.<\/p>\n

Twenty three years together is a long time! Even if you do get married later in life (Vera was 40), you can still grow apart! So get married at any age! lol!<\/strong><\/p>\n
