Rainbow Kids Yoga is accredited as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga School with US Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance UK, as well as a Registered Yoga School for Children Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga with Yoga Alliance UK. The training course is open to Australians and local participants.

From Dec. 14, the resort will also host a weeklong Family Yoga Holiday by Rainbow Kids Yoga for parents and their children to bond over yoga classes as well as a line-up of nature- and art-inspired activities. No previous yoga experience is necessary to join the family holiday.

Rainbow Kids Yoga is the latest international well-being outfit to cast an appreciative eye on Life Wellness Resort’s rejuvenating qualities. Tucked beneath a curve of hills facing a rock-studded bay, Life Wellness is quietly earning a name among yoga aficionados as the region’s newest setting for a deep stretch. The resort has been booked out for equally long periods in the past to accommodate other international mind-body workshops and short yoga retreats.

“I don’t know if it’s the landscape, or the tranquility, or the feeling of seclusion you get here,” says Trevor Yoho, “But somehow the resort’s layout exudes just the right type of Feng Shui so that guests are able to disconnect from stress and reconnect with themselves.”

Aside from classes arranged by outside yoga studios, the resort also offers complimentary yoga classes for guests, led in English by its in-house Sivananda-trained yoga instructor.

Classes are typically 90-minutes long and held several mornings a week in a covered-open air hut near the water’s edge. As they sink into each pose, guests are rewarded by views of sun-drenched palms, bobbing fishing boats, and breaking waves.

“We’ve had guests who took their first yoga class here, as well as veterans who said they had some of their best sessions at Life Resorts,” said Yoho. “It’s a special corner of the world in that way — all the noise fades and the moment takes center stage.”

Those interested to join the teacher training course or family holiday in December can find more details and register at www.rainbowkidsyoga.net.

Experienced yoga teachers from Australia are queuing up for the first intensive, month-long training course to be held in Quy

["post-13733","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry
"1536x1536":"https://asiancemagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/u.jpg","2048x2048":"https://asiancemagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/u.jpg
"colormag-elementor-block-extra-large-thumbnail":"https://asiancemagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/u.jpg
https://asiancemagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/u.jpg
https://asiancemagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/u.jpg","colormag-elementor-grid-medium-large-thumbnail":"https://asiancemagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/u.jpg
Kofuj005
https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/7cd62d6e5f75f27e8c8276bd28f9a1a17bc4316278311a9060c66a68d88bda2a?s=96&d=mm&r=g
1
Experienced yoga teachers from Australia are queuing up for the first intensive, month-long training course to be held in Quy
["https://asiancemagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/u.jpg",113,170,false
https://asiancemagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/u.jpg",113,170,false
https://asiancemagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/u-113x150.jpg",113,150,true
https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/7cd62d6e5f75f27e8c8276bd28f9a1a17bc4316278311a9060c66a68d88bda2a?s=96&d=mm&r=g
["GET
