South Koreans I.K. Kim, Jiyai Shin, So Yeon Ryu and Hee Kyung Seo share the third-round lead in the 72-hole Jamie Farr Toledo Classic.<\/strong> The $1.3 million LPGA Tour event started Thursday at Highland Meadows Golf Club in Sylvania, Ohio.<\/p>\n

Kim and Shin had 66s, while Ryu a 67 and Seo a 68 to reach 11-under 202, one stroke ahead of Japan’s Mika Miyazato (69) and two other Koreans, Inbee Park (69) and Chella Choi.<\/strong> Choi, the 36-hole leader after rounds of 66 and 67, carded a 70 Saturday.<\/p>\n

Kim took advantage of the course, which was softened by overnight rains. “I had a good day. I think overnight it rained a lot so the course was definitely playing more soft,” said the 24-year-old, who’s racked up three wins on the LPGA Tour.<\/p>\n

Shin expects a shootout Sunday among her fellow South Koreans.<\/strong> “There’s a lot of Korean players playing on this Tour,” noted the eight-time winner. “Also we are very close because we just came over to play in U.S. We (are) homesick, missing friends and family in Korea. That makes us close to each other.<\/p>\n

Ryu agreed. “Actually, lots of Koreans playing the LPGA Tour,” said the 2011 U.S. Women’s Open champion. “I think pretty help each other. If some Koreans have a winning chance, everybody waiting on the 18th green, everybody congratulates the winner. So I think our relationship is pretty great.”<\/p>\n

Tied for eighth at 8-under 205 are Americans Jacqui Concolino (69) and Angela Stanford (69), Korean Hee-Won Han (70) and Sweden’s Pernilla Lindberg (70).<\/p>\n
