{"id":14308,"date":"2012-10-24T05:10:42","date_gmt":"2012-10-24T05:10:42","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2012-10-24T05:10:42","modified_gmt":"2012-10-24T05:10:42","slug":"Baby-Panda-Takes-Its-First-Steps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asiancemagazine.com\/?p=14308","title":{"rendered":"Baby Panda Takes Its First Steps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The adorably cub can be seen pushing itself up slowly, taking a step, then tumbling over in a sleepy haze in footage recorded by zookeepers at the San Diego Zoo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sausage was having his ninth check up at the zoo, where his measurements and weight were noted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The cub is 21.6 inches long and weighs in at 7.2 pounds, and despite being only 11 weeks old, is already growing little teeth. <\/strong>The zoo revealed that Sausage has also become more active and has been climbing out of his den all by himself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>He is the sixth cub of Bai Yun, a 20-year-old panda who is one of the oldest known giant pandas to successfully give birth.
