Celebrating Fall, the Tour de France Festival held a kickoff party that showcased some of the seasonal menu items from their group of 11 NYC based restaurants pairing beer, artisinal sausages and apples. The group\u2019s beer sommelier Gianni Cavicchi focused the pairings on New York breweries like the Bronx Brewery, Kelso Brewing, Empire Brewing and Ommegang Brewery.
