{"id":14411,"date":"2012-11-11T04:11:02","date_gmt":"2012-11-11T04:11:02","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2025-10-15T11:49:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T11:49:20","slug":"netizen-arrested-for-malicious-comments-about-wonder-girls-sohee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asiancemagazine.com\/?p=14411","title":{"rendered":"Netizen arrested for malicious comments about Wonder Girls\u2019 Sohee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The netizen who\u2019s been spreading malicious rumors and sending obscene comments to Wonder Girls\u2018 Sohee has been arrested.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JYP Entertainment stated on the 9th, \u201c\u2018Mr. Lee\u2019, who consistently spread false rumors related to our agency\u2019s artist Sohee, was taken into custody on November 8.<\/strong> After seeing the results, we plan to take appropriate legal action against the aforementioned netizen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>The agency filed a legal motion against netizen \u2018Mr. Lee\u2019 this past April after he disregarded warnings and messages to delete his malicious remarks and stop spreading false information.<\/strong> JYP Entertainment filed charges against the accused citing information network and protection as well as slander laws on April 16, and Seoul Gangnam Police Station\u2019s legal team began investigations the next day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Mr. Lee\u2019 has continued to send sexually explicit and other obscene comments to Sohee.<\/strong> He\u2019s also claiming that the Wonder Girls member is his girlfriend.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s reported to have posted over 150 inappropriate statements concerning Sohee since June of 2011 to August of this year.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: Newsen via <a href=\"http:\/\/news.nate.com\/view\/20121109n28926\">Nate<\/a>; Hankook Ilbo via <a href=\"http:\/\/news.nate.com\/view\/20121109n31947\">Nate<\/a><\/em><br \/>\n<!--break--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The netizen who\u2019s been spreading malicious rumors and sending obscene comments to Wonder Girls\u2018 Sohee has been arrested.
