Ki Suk Han, 58, was crushed to death after he was pushed onto the tracks by a panhandler believed to be mentally deranged.<\/strong> He struggled to escape just before he was crushed to death by a train pulling into Times Square.<\/p>\n

The man suspected of fatally pushing Ki-Suk Han into subway tracks was arrested on Wednesday and charged with second-degree murder.<\/p>\n

It is uncertain what the dispute between the two men was about, but The New York Post reports police said Han was making efforts to calm the man down before he suddenly pushed him. Han had told the man that he was scaring people, but the man started yelling at him, saying: “You don\u2019t know me! You don\u2019t know who I am!”

\nThe video shows the allegedly mentally disturbed panhandler shouting:<\/strong> “Leave me the f**k alone. Take your m*********ing a** over there, stand in line, wait for the R train, that’s it.”<\/p>\n

30-year-old Naeem Davis reportedly implicated himself and told authorities he “stayed and watched” Han get hit by the train.<\/p>\n

Han was rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital where he soon died from his injuries on Monday. <\/p>\n

Post freelance photographer<\/a> R. Umar Abbasi captured the dramatic moments before Ki Suk Han was struck by a downtown Q train. A day after the pictures were published, a flurry of criticism erupted \u2014 from other media and over social media like Twitter.<\/p>\n
