The madman who allegedly set a deadly blaze at a SoHo apartment building last night after attacking his wife in a domestic dispute \u2014 and then fought with a cop and a firefighter trying to save lives in the inferno \u2014 was charged with murder and arson today.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wei Chu Wu, 45,<\/strong> was charged with second-degree murder and first-degree arson. Wu was also rapped for assaulting a cop and resisting arrest.<\/p>\n

Wu<\/strong> told investigators that he “was pissed at his wife, thought she was cheating,” a law enforcement source told The Post today.<\/p>\n

Wu<\/strong> later \u201cshowed no remorse for the fire,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n

Through a translator, Wu told authorities, \u201cI burned down a building,\u201d according to a source.<\/p>\n

Wu, 45,<\/strong> allegedly told a roommate, \u201cWe\u2019re all gonna die,\u201d after setting ablaze the kitchen of his apartment on the second floor of 41 Spring St., sources said.<\/p>\n

The fire, which expanded to five alarms, took 2 1\/2 hours to bring under control, killed one unidentified person, whose badly charred body was found on a third-floor fire escape, cops said.<\/p>\n
