Wonder Girls\u2019 Sunye is about to become a married woman.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sunye will walk down the aisle at 12:30 p.m. today, January 26, at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul\u2019s Jung-gu, where she will wed her Korean-Canadian boyfriend James Park.<\/strong> The two first met while volunteering in Haiti and are getting hitched after one and a half years of dating.<\/p>\n

Sunye\u2019s wedding will be divided into two parts with 2AM\u2019s Jo Kwon to MC both parts. The congratulatory song will be sung by Park Jin Young and Sunye\u2019s fellow JYP Entertainment artists, while Sunye\u2019s pastor at her church will officiate the closed wedding ceremony.<\/p>\n

Many of Sunye\u2019s celebrity friends are expected to attend the ceremony.<\/strong> A spokesperson for JYP Entertainment shared with eNEWS, \u201cWith so many guests coming, a large venue was decided for the wedding.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ahead of the wedding, a press conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. As Sunye will be the first currently active K-Pop idol group member to get married, interest from the press is expected to be heavy.<\/p>\n

Following her wedding, Sunye will head to the Maldives for her honeymoon before beginning her new married life in Canada.<\/p>\n

With Sunye planning to focus her time and attention on her married life for the time being, the other Wonder Girls members plan to focus on acting, producing and releasing solo albums.<\/strong><\/p>\n
