Linkedin profiled several business professionals and asked them what things they carry?! Here is Anchor Betty Liu’s answer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ever since I hurt my back late last year, I try not to stuff my purse so much so that it looks like a small piece of carry-on luggage. But if there were 2-3 essential items I must have with me at all times to get me through the workday, they would be these:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Golden sore throat drops with Menthol and Chinese White Olive.<\/strong> They sound exotic but they taste like regular cough drops and have helped keep my voice fresh. For someone who talks all day on- and off-camera, these are essential. And also plenty of hot water and honey.<\/p>\n

2. Mobile phone for the obvious reasons <\/strong>– email, calls, calendar, which is shared with my show team so they know where I am – most of the time!<\/p>\n

3. Shout Wipe & Go wipes for those coffee spills<\/strong> that always seem to happen 5 minutes to air or 5 minutes on-stage. That sounds like a commercial for them but this product is absolutely a great invention.
