With the help of singer Melissa Polinar, Jesse Barrera released a very personal song \u201cSaved\u201d off his \u201cFrom The Ground Up\u201d album. He has a special message for those who\u2019ve gone through some rough and depressing times<\/B>:<\/p>\n
“I wrote this song about a time I was going through a depressing and dark stage of my life. I thought I had nothing more to live for and was reminded that there was so much more out there for me and so much more to be thankful for.<\/B><\/p>\n
I get fan messages every once in awhile about a lot of your personal struggles\u2026 Depression and suicidal thoughts. We all have them and I\u2019ve definitely been through some major turmoil in my life. I want all y\u2019all to know that if there ever comes a point where you feel like this life is too much for you to handle \u2014 Just remind yourself that there are people who love you.. And would do anything for you.<\/B> So keep truckin\u2019, keep your head up and things will fall into place.<\/p>\n
