Adrian won the 100 free in the beginning of the week with a 48.10 seconds time. He&#8217;s been faster this year with a fourth-ranked season-best of 48.08 from the Santa Clara stop of the Arena Grand Prix, and likely has plenty to come heading into Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Twelve time Olympic medalist, Natalie Coughlin, continued her sprint freestyle career resurgence with a victory<\/strong> in the women&#8217;s splash-and-dash this evening at the U.S. Nationals and World Championships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coughlin turned up a sweltering time of 24.97 to win the women&#8217;s 50-meter freestyle tonight as the 30-year-old just missed her ninth-ranked season best of 24.90.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>These #hapabears are now representing USA at the World Championships in Barcelona next month!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Congratulations!
