{"id":15792,"date":"2013-07-11T21:07:14","date_gmt":"2013-07-11T21:07:14","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2013-07-11T21:07:14","modified_gmt":"2013-07-11T21:07:14","slug":"Third-person-dead-in-Asiana-plane-crash-","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asiancemagazine.com\/?p=15792","title":{"rendered":"Third person dead in Asiana plane crash!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>A child who was critically injured in Saturday&#8217;s crash of Asiana Airlines Flight 214 died Friday morning from her injuries, San Francisco General Hospital announced.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The girl, whose identity was withheld by hospital officials, had been in intensive care ever since she was taken to the hospital after the crash.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Also, one of two Chinese teens killed in the Asiana Airlines crash at San Francisco International Airport was run over by a firetruck that responded to the emergency, police confirmed Friday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not yet clear whether the victim, 16-year-old Ye Meng Yuan, was already dead from injuries in the crash when she was struck by the truck, police said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are confirming that at least one time, a firetruck went over a victim,&#8221; said San Francisco Police Officer Albie Esparza, a police spokesman.<\/p>\n<p>Yuan and Wang Linjia, also 16, were ejected from the Boeing 777 after it struck the airport&#8217;s sea wall upon landing Saturday.
