Chicago police are accused of committing a hate crime for physically and verbally abusing an Asian American woman, Jianqing \u201cJessica\u201d Klyzek, during a raid of her tanning salon\/massage parlor.<\/B><\/p>\n<p><script height=\"500px\" width=\"500px\" src=\"http:\/\/player.ooyala.com\/iframe.js#ec=UzcDF5bTp2DHapZLgjPf2RmbDVRp9ml4&#038;pbid=38f013a07e0458db1ee84d020e47cac\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><strong>Glad this was caught on camera!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the lawsuit, police came into the salon on suspicion that it was a site for prostitution. <B>According to Huffington Post, the  5\u20192? and 110-pound manager was not being very cooperative with police, however, Chicago police responded in an extreme and physical manner.<\/B><\/p>\n<p>The officer can be heard asking to use his taser on the 32-year-old manager. <B>According to the lawsuit, Klyzek was handcuffed and kneeling on the ground, but police still struck her and put their hands over her nose and mouth. Klyzek suffered from a number of scratches, bruises and abrasions. <\/p>\n<p><B>When Klyzek tried to scream, the police began yelling racial and ethnic slurs at her. \u201cI\u2019ll put you in a UPS box and send you back to wherever the f\u2014 you came from,\u201d<\/B> the officer said, although Klyzek pointed out that she was a citizen of the United States.<\/p>\n<p><B>\u201cNo you\u2019re not! No, you\u2019re not a citizen,\u201d<\/B> the officer yelled back. <B>\u201cYou\u2019re here on our borrowed time. So mind your f\u2013king business before I shut this whole f\u2013king place down. And I\u2019ll take this place and then whoever owns it will f\u2013king kill you because they don\u2019t care about you, OK? I\u2019ll take this building. You\u2019ll be dead and your family will be dead.\u201d <\/B><\/p>\n<p>The exchange was caught on a surveillance camera. Allegedly, the officers tried looking for the footage once they realized they were being filmed. <\/p>\n<p><B>\u201cThe alleged comments, if true, are reprehensible and completely intolerable in our police department,\u201d<\/B> Police spokesman Adam Collins told the Chicago Sun Times. <B>\u201cWe have codes of conduct that apply to officers, and if the allegations are proven accurate appropriate action will be taken.\u201d<\/B> <\/p>\n<p>CBS news recently reported that the officer in question has been stripped of police powers, pending the outcome of an investigation.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2014\/05\/20\/chicago-police-brutality_n_5355597.html?utm_hp_ref=crime\">Via Huffpo<\/a><\/em><br \/>\n<!--break--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lawsuit was filed in Chicago in 2013.
