Berry is also on the hook for $115,000 in retroactive payments.<\/p>\n
The actress and Canadian model, 38, split in 2010, but reached an original custody agreement in 2012, that equally divided custody between the two.<\/p>\n
A lengthy court battle, and physical altercation between Aubry and Berry\u2019s current husband, Olivier Martinez, preceded the decision.<\/p>\n
The \u201cMonster\u2019s Ball\u201d star and her husband have a child of their own, Maceo Robert Martinez, who was born last year.<\/p>\n
