peas cut open<br \/>\nShaved or grated pecorino romano cheese<br \/>\nOlive Oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a bowl mix the first 7 ingredients<br \/>\nAdd asparagus and snap peas and
