crushed<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of light corn syrup<br \/>\n1\/4 cup raw Indian honey<br \/>\n1\/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup<br \/>\n4 tablespoons of smart butter<br \/>\n3 extra large eggs or low fat egg substitute; lightly beaten<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of bourbon (OPTIONAL)<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon of vanilla<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon of orange zest or orange extract<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon of kosher salt<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cups of whole pecans<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a typical brownie baking dish rub the smart butter on the inside of the pan<br \/>\nPlace the crushed graham cracker crumbs on the bottom<br \/>\nIn a separate bowl, add corn syrup, honey, maple syrup, smart butter, beaten eggs, vanilla, orange zest, salt, OPTIONAL BOURBON,and pecans and mix together<br \/>\nAdd the mixture to the lined pan<br \/>\nPlace in the oven and bake for 45 mins. at 350 degrees<br \/>\nLet cool for 25 mins and cut into equal squares<\/p>\n<p>Serves 4-6<\/p>\n<p><strong>In honor of my idol, the late Nora Ephron<\/strong><br \/>\n<iframe width=\"420\" height=\"315\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ohmha1NsQRU\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<!--break--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients: 5 low fat graham crackers;
