Black Bean Salsa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cups fresh corn kernels<br \/>\n1\/4 cup of olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 cup diced red onion<br \/>\n1 cup diced red bell pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 cup chopped cilantro<br \/>\n6 tbsp. fresh lime juice<br \/>\n2 (15 oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained)<br \/>\nHimalayan salt<br \/>\nFreshly cracked black pepper<br \/>\nGluten free low fat organic tortilla chips<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><br \/>\nPreheat the broiler<br \/>\nToss in 2 tbsp. of olive oil<br \/>\nPlace on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet<br \/>\nBroil 8 inches away from heat for about 5 mins. or until golden brown and tender<br \/>\nSet aside<br \/>\nToss together the red onions, red bell peppers, cilantro, lime juice, 2 cups black beans, corn and remaining olive oil in a large bowl<br \/>\nSeason to taste with salt and pepper<br \/>\nServe with warm tortilla chips<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yield: 6 cups<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SALSA<\/strong><br \/>\n<iframe width=\"420\" height=\"315\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/72ew03ks7Ow\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<!--break--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Corn &#038;
