{"id":17602,"date":"2014-09-06T23:09:33","date_gmt":"2014-09-06T23:09:33","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2014-09-06T23:09:29","modified_gmt":"2014-09-06T23:09:29","slug":"Marisa-Sung-s-Tempting-Tapas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asiancemagazine.com\/?p=17602","title":{"rendered":"Marisa Sung&#8217;s Tempting Tapas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Artichokes in aromatic vinaigrette<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. ground cumin<br \/>\npinch ground cloves<br \/>\nsmall pinch saffron threads<br \/>\n1 crushed garlic clove<br \/>\n1\/3 cup white wine vinegar<br \/>\n10 oz. artichoke hearts in water; drained<br \/>\n1\/3 cup extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Place the cumin, cloves, saffron, garlic, salt, pepper and a little vinegar in your Cuisinart powerblender duet and process to form a paste<br \/>\n2. Place the artichokes in a 2 cup nonreactive dish and press down to form a tight fit<br \/>\n3. Combine the paste with the remaining vinegar and oil and pour over. Cover and refrigerate for 2 days.
