{"id":17646,"date":"2014-09-14T04:09:55","date_gmt":"2014-09-14T04:09:55","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2014-09-14T04:09:55","modified_gmt":"2014-09-14T04:09:55","slug":"Sanrio-Launches-Hello-Kitty-Men","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asiancemagazine.com\/?p=17646","title":{"rendered":"Sanrio Launches Hello Kitty Men"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sanrio <\/strong>aims to break the gender stereotype with the introduction of the HELLO KITTY MEN Project, a new venture that will tell men that it&#8217;s okay for them to like Hello Kitty, too. <strong>Their tag line? &#8220;Sorry to keep you waiting, boys.&#8221; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project launced on September 10th with an exhibit at department store Hankyu Men&#8217;s Tokyo called &#8220;HELLO KITTY MEN meets HANKYU MEN&#8217;S TOKYO,&#8221; featuring t-shirts by design company Nendo, and graphic designers Mina Tabei and design studio OUWN&#8217;s Atsushi Ishiguro. <strong><strong>The event also gave a talk by Hello Kitty original designer Yuko Shimizu.<\/strong><\/strong> It will run until September 16.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know.
