Never overpromise and underdeliver! That is the major characteristic of a TOTAL LOSER!! But rather make small promises that you can keep and then go the extra mile = the major characteristic of a WINNER! I once had a boss who promised me more than double my initial salary in less than 2 months. In the end, he turned out to be the biggest liar, Indian giver and cheap ass I ever met in my life. It was a tremendous let down because I really needed the money and once it is promised to you, you rely on it mentally. Also, when that same person pulls a loser move on you and grants you with less than nothing, something is seriously wrong with that person. I should have known because he was always promising money to clients and they would either never get it or get it so late that they were seriously panicking! I let it go a long time ago because that is the sign of a seriously disturbed and miserable little man influenced mainly by an evil spouse and money. You need to feel sorry for these individuals and hope that one day they become better people! \ud83d\ude42<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Don’t ever overpromise and underdeliver in the workplace whether you own your own business or are working for someone else! It is a very common and low class character trait that signifies very poor breeding! The television personality “Dr. Phil” does it all the time! He is a complete joke and he and his wife are beyond greedy! He tried to sell books to the general public on the subject of weight loss when he himself is a big fat man who greatly needs to lose at least 20 himself! How dumb is mainstream America?? Apparently very! \ud83d\ude41 People are greatly suffering in the world and he is using them to sell his books, his wife’s skincare line and his ridiculous son’s bullshit products! GET REAL=You are hardly a REAL DOCTOR. What kind of an ignoramus addresses every kind of mental problem with the answer “GET REAL”?? Dr. Phil, that’s who! He was accused of sexual harassment in the past and in addition to that had his license taken away. It was at that time that he decided to “start his own business” of Jury Consulting. Just goes to show you that “Mother Oprah” has the power to turn just about anybody into a celebrity. Her background is even shadier than Dr. Phil’s and you have the “Mainstream Americans” to thank for making her so rich and influential! We live in a very scary time where former murderers are being celebrated as musicians or rather “rap artists”= GET REAL! \ud83d\ude41 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
