These government “gems” love to come in late, never answer the phone, disconnect you, pass the buck to another lazy government worker and leave early each and every day. Most of these government workers are Hispanic and African American. They are protected by the NAACP and other minority protection and union type organizations. When I worked for American Express, there was a Hispanic woman who was in charge of “Disaster Recovery.” This meant that if there was a bomb threat, a hurricane or any other natural disaster or harmful incident, she would warn you and provide you with the necessary steps. Problem was that she could barely speak English. As I am half deaf as it is, I couldn’t make out a word that this woman ever mumbled! Several employees, including myself complained about this fact but because she is a member of the Hispanic Minority she was left to her own devices and took complete advantage of the situation. She spoke Spanish nearly all of the time and was as Lazy as the day is long! The main reason for this had to do with the fact that she was a “Protected Minority Employee” as she was from the good old Dominican Republic.

I was born half-deaf yet never received any special protection, help, or services and I never wanted them because I am completely self sufficient. My father was a Korean War Hero, he was shot, died early due to Agent Orange and yet my family never asks for anything! I have been forced to deal with useless, sloppy and stupid employees on a regular basis in both Private Industry and Corporate America! Regardless of this fact, nothing is worse than having to deal with a cushioned and protected employee of our Government Agencies! 🙁 These people barely shower, dress like shit, are nasty as hell and are being paid to do less than nothing! Not only that but they make more money in salary, pension and benefits than most employees in this Country! That’s right! I find this to be an absolute abuse of our financial system, social security, and labor laws as they do not want to work but only receive a pay check, benefits, a pension and better health and life benefits than you or I will ever see! Something clearly needs to be done about this. Spend one day trying to deal with one of these Government “Workers” and it will drive you to want to get a gun and shoot yourself in the head! 🙁 They will disconnect you repeatedly, not answer the phone, pass the buck back and forth till you earn your wings and then some! 🙁 President Obama is an advocate for these freaks and actually expanded the Government to employ a record number of even more stupid and useless bodies for us to support!

I have a proposition. I want them to get annual reviews like they do in Corporate America. If they do not measure up to the agreed upon Standards, they get fired or lose pension time. Enough is enough. I am completely fed up with having to support lazy, useless, sloppy and rude people who are good for less than nothing! They have a terrible attitude, do not want to work and are completely “entitled.” The saddest part of all of this has to do with the fact that they take advantage on a daily basis and simply do not care! Our Congressmen are awful, and they take more advantage than all of the other Government “Employees” combined. I never witnessed such a useless and entitled group of educated white men in my life! They talk bullshit, walk bullshit and do bullshit! 🙁

I don’t want to work (In honor of all of the useless Government Employees that we support with our hard-earned tax dollars!!

I am sure that you have at one time or another been forced to deal with Civil Service Workers.
