Fashion designer Stella McCartney came under fire from fans this week after posting a picture on her Instagram page of model Ji Hye Park in a vest<\/strong> from her brand\u2019s Summer 2015 collection, alongside the caption: \u2018Worn well!! X Stella.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hundreds took to the page to express their disapproval, with one writing: \u2018Disgusting. That is not worn well, it\u2019s hanging over bones.\u2019 Another added: \u2018Appalling image. This young lady is clearly very ill and the body image being used is all that is wrong with the fashion world.\u2019<\/p>\n

McCartney has since apologized<\/a>, calling the image “disgusting”.<\/p>\n

The photo was taken backstage at the label’s Paris Fashion Week show on Monday.<\/p>\n

The image has since been removed and replaced with a picture of model, Malaika Firth wearing the same shirt.<\/strong>
