Madeira (wine)<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups of light cream<br \/>\n1 9 inch whole grain pie shell baked for 5 mins. at 425 degrees<br \/>\n1\/4 cup of grated low fat Swiss cheese<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><br \/>\nMelt smartbutter spread in a small frying pan<br \/>\nSaute shallots for a few minutes<br \/>\nAdd mushrooms, salt, lemon juice and Madeira<br \/>\nCook for several mins. until mushrooms are done and their juice has evaporated<br \/>\nBeat eggs and cream until smooth<br \/>\nAdd mushrooms;
