Ingredients:<\/strong>
\nLow Fat Cooking Spray
\n1 egg white
\n2 tbsp. cold water
\n3 cups pecan halves
\n1\/2 tsp. kosher salt
\n1\/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
\n1\/2 tsp. cloves
\n1\/4 tsp. nutmeg
\nwax paper<\/p>\n

Steps:<\/strong>
\nPreheat oven to 300 degrees F. Coat baking sheet with spray.
\nPlace egg white in medium bowl; add water and beat slightly with fork. Add pecans and toss to coat.
\nStir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Spread nuts in single layer on baking sheet; bake 30 mins., stirring every 10 mins. or so.
\nTransfer nuts to wax paper, separating individual nuts, and let stand 20 mins. or until cool to set the coating.
\nServe.
