If you are told to put your hands behind your back by an officer of the law, you better do it. This has nothing to do with race. It is right vs. wrong! Stop making it about that! You are setting us back decades! Mayor DeBlasio needs to shut his mouth. I can’t believe he is speaking out against the NYPD as if the officer was on a mission to kill a black man. Disturbing! If his son Dante is a law abiding citizen, then he does not have to worry.. <\/p>\n
Police put their lives on the line every day to keep our communities safe. It’s unfortunate that Garner died but if he would have just listened to the police officer, this whole issue could have been avoided. It is not the officer’s fault that he is overweight and has asthma. This is NOT a racial issue! Disgusting!
