Why is he not in JAIL?!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"500\" height=\"315\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/7YFOaU_tq68?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ahmad Abu-Zayedeh lost his license after a special hearing the DMV held earlier this month<\/strong> to determine if he was fit to stay on the road, said the attorney, Steve Vaccaro.<\/p>\n<p>Abu-Zayedeh had struck Allison Liao, 3, in a Flushing crosswalk in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The DMV did not immediately comment.<\/p>\n<p>A traffic court judge had initially dismissed the two tickets he got from the crash in a 47-second court appearance, causing a public outcry.<\/p>\n<p>Allison\u2019s father posted a happy message on Facebook about the latest
