I understand the campaign – After the initial campaign in 2009, 10 different closely watched Planned Parenthood clinics in different regions saw a 25-percent uptick in STD testing. But what happens after? Most don’t tell their sex partner or practice safe sex. It’s not only about testing, but practicing safe sex and being responsible and selfless enough to not infect others. Won’t happen. You can get tested all your want. The epidemic will not end until people tell they’re partners they are infected. What are the odds that will happen?
