Damage from last month’s heavy rain in North Korea is seemingly having an impact in its summer military exercises.<\/p>\n
According to South Korean government sources, an order has been given out to troops in the North to restore damage caused by the heavy rain fall.<\/p>\n
From 120 up to 900 millimeters of rain struck most parts of North Korea in July, killing roughly 60 people and destroying over 10-thousand hectares of farmland, while flooding more than 26-thousand buildings.<\/p>\n
