Last night we had the chance to meet Jennifer 8. Lee<\/b> of the New York Times and author of The Fortune Cookie Chronicles.<\/i> Thanks to the Asia Society! Jennifer's<\/b> book project took her through China where she chronicled unique accounts of cultures and cuisines which examined Chinese and Western approaches to food and to each other. Lee's<\/b> adventure took her to the town of General Tso and the true inventors of the fortune cookie (It's not China!). <\/p>\n
