In fact, Sonam was supposed to walk the Red Carpet with beauty <b>Aishwarya Rai<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Aishwarya Rai<\/b> was not pleased with <b>Sonam Kapoor<\/b>, who had recently made remarks about Ash\u2019s age. <b>Aishwarya<\/b> has now put her foot down to make sure that the much younger starlet <b>Sonam Kapoor<\/b> can\u2019t walk the red carpet at Cannes, as the face of \u2018L\u2019Oreal\u2019, which the two endorse.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sonam Kapoor<\/b>, who was recently added to the list of ambassadors for \u2018L\u2019Oreal\u2019, was promised an opportunity to walk the red carpet by the company. She was apparently told that she would be in the company of the \u2018L\u2019Oreal\u2019 dream team comprising of <b>Aishwarya Rai, Eva Longoria and Michelle Yeoh<\/b>. However, once <b>Aishwarya<\/b> heard about this she put her foot down!<\/p>\n<p>It is believed that Aishwarya reacted in this manner because her deal with the company is clear (Aishwarya is the International face, while Sonam is the Indian face). Since Aishwarya was stern on her stand, the company had no option but to inform Sonam that she would no longer be walking the red carpet at Cannes during the premiere of Pedro Almodovar\u2019s latest
