Just when I think I can’t be surprised by anything in the dance game,\u201d Shane Sparks told HipHopDX<\/b>. \u201cI come to the first episode of ABDC and get my mind blown. We have another hot breakin\u2019 crew called Massive Monkeys who are insane!! We have an all girl crew called “We Are Heroes” who just might give Beat Freaks a run for their money. Notice I said might \u2019cause beat freaks are still my favorite! Then there’s a crew from the Bronx who just dominated everybody. They covered every style in such a short time and was great at all of them.\u201d<\/p>\n

For an impressive four seasons, ABDC has provided an outlet for b-boys and b-girls across the country. Aside from breaking crews, the new season of ABDC will also feature line dancers, \u201cvogue\u201d dancers, and more. <\/p>\n
