The Central People&#8217;s Government passed the Resolution on the National Day of the People&#8217;s Republic of China on December 2, 1949 and declared October 1 as the National Day or Independence Day of China. <strong>It is the day (in 1949) that the current communist government formed.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>China<\/strong>, a cultural state and ancient civilization in East Asia, is one of the world&#8217;s oldest leading civilizations, consisting of states and cultures dating back more than six millennia.
