British Asian Born artist, Amar releases a refreshing neoDesi pop album titled, Show It Off<\/b>. The long-awaited album has been in the works for two years and features Amar at her creative best, singing exclusively in Hindi to a backdrop of urban R&B beats.<\/p>\n
Amar’s album features collaborations with some of the music world’s most prolific talents. She is the “Indian Muse” for mainstream hip-hop producer, Timbaland and lent her seductive vocals to ‘Bombay’ on his Culture Shock album<\/b>. Jim Beanz, another major hip-hop producer is featured on the track ‘Masala’. Amar has also teamed up with musical powerhouse trio Shankar Ehsaan Loy who produced and are featured on the track Sajana. A major listening treat is the track ‘Bombay Billionaire’ which is a duet and co written with Indian superstar Sonu Niigam. Amar’s diverse collaborations create an extremely neoDesi sound. <\/p>\n
