Last year, Danny Boyle <\/strong>mentioned to us that he would love to do thriller in Mumbai<\/a>. His latest film, 127 Hours, about a mountain climber who becomes trapped under a boulder and cuts his own arm off, has already wrapped.<\/p>\n

Slumdog Millionaire director Danny Boyle<\/strong> was spotted in Mumbai apparently to sign a deal with Anurag Kashyap.<\/p>\n

According to a source, Kashyap <\/strong>had the story for the film ready since his No Smoking<\/strong> days. The buzz is strong that he is in talks with Aamir Khan<\/strong> to play the lead in this period flick set in 1940’s Mumbai<\/strong>. Kashyap<\/strong> had narrated the script to Danny when he was in Mumbai. Apparently, Boyle liked the script and was ready to cooperate.<\/p>\n

The source added that Danny<\/strong> agreed to present the film, as it would give it a push in the international market as the filmmaker is quite a hit in foreign market after Slumdog Millionaire’s success<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
