JYP Entertainment<\/strong>, the team behind the making of the Wonder Girls is launching new group.<\/p>\n

The new group is “miss A”<\/strong> and will be managed under JYP Entertainment’s<\/strong> sub-label, AQ Entertainment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The quartet has already made a start on its career in China as commercial models and is now ready to meet local fans, according to the agency.<\/p>\n

Comprised of four members (Fei, Jia, Suzy and Min)<\/strong> the group is expected to add more competition to the girl group frenzy in the music industry here. Min<\/strong>, who had trained for more than seven years under JYP<\/strong>, was the last member to join the group.<\/p>\n

Widely known to fans unofficially as JYP Sisters<\/strong> since they started out as a 5-member group in training last year, the group has gone through several changes, most notably the exit of Hye Lim<\/strong> who joined the Wonder Girls<\/strong>, while two other members also left.<\/p>\n

“We are looking forward to miss A’s activities, especially because they were created and trained by the makers of Rain, the Wonder Girls, 2AM and 2PM. With `A-class’ talents, the unit will hopefully grow as a group that can represent Korea, like the senior groups”, AQ Entertainment<\/strong> said through a press release.<\/p>\n

“We hope to bring more creative ideas and experimental attempts through the band and we hope everyone will tune into the agency and also the new band,” it added.<\/p>\n

The girls made their first official appearance at an opening event for Tory Burch’s first store on Wednesday, Seoul.<\/p>\n
