Seeing how <strong>Freida Pinto&#8217;s latest movie &#8216;Miral&#8217; received less than stellar reviews<\/strong> at the Venice Film Festival this year, The Playlist&#8217;s report has stated that the release of <strong>Julian Schnabel\u2018s film has been delayed until 2011<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miral is Freida&#8217;s first leading role<\/strong>, among a strong supporting cast, which includes Hiam Abbass (The Visitor), Willem Dafoe, and Vanessa Redgrave.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, though, not enough people have gotten behind the film to convince <strong>The Weinstein Company<\/strong> that its December 3 release date should stick, prime Oscar contender time. Instead, with Miral being pushed back, Harvey Weinstein will be able to <strong>focus solely on one very legitimate Oscar contender: Tom Hooper\u2018s The King\u2019s Speech<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>That is too bad! <strong>We were really hoping for a hit for Freida!<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--break--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is not a good sign.
