{"id":6498,"date":"2010-10-14T23:10:57","date_gmt":"2010-10-14T23:10:57","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2010-10-14T23:10:57","modified_gmt":"2010-10-14T23:10:57","slug":"Jason-Wu-Graces-the-Cover-of-Vogue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asiancemagazine.com\/?p=6498","title":{"rendered":"Jason Wu Graces the Cover of Vogue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Celebrating his return to Taiwan, <strong>Jason Wu<\/strong> is on the cover of the October issue of <strong>Vogue Taiwan<\/strong> with <strong>Lisanne De Jong<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Wu went back to his birth country this month for his brother\u2019s wedding, which he designed both the wedding gown and the bridesmaid\u2019s dresses. <\/p>\n<p>His arrival in Taiwan has caused a huge frenzy. This is the first time he\u2019s been back in four years. His popularity has him being recognized everywhere and legions of fans and paparazzi have been following him. <\/p>\n<p>The cover features pieces from his <strong>Resort<\/strong> collection and was shot by <strong>Chiun-Kai Shih<\/strong>. Wu\u2019s collection was given a six-page spread and featured one of Wu\u2019s favorite models, <strong>Kate Fogarty<\/strong>. It was shot at the <strong>St. Regis Hotel<\/strong>, Wu\u2019s favorite hotel in Taiwan.  <\/p>\n<p>In the magazine\u2019s style <a href=\"http:\/\/styleblog.vogue.com.tw\/style_e\/article.aspx?name=cks&#038;no=22298&#038;from=fb100801\" title=\"Backstage at Vogue Taiwan's shoot with Jason Wu\">blog<\/a>, there was a hint of a surprise to come. Perhaps another photo spread? An exclusive collaboration?
