The line is called <strong>Gyakusou, which means \u2018running in reverse\u2019 in Japanese<\/strong> and refers to the tendency of Takahashi\u2019s own running group to run the opposite direction compared with other runners in Tokyo\u2019s parks. The collection, which includes running shorts, pants, shirts and shoes, utilizes high performance fabrics that are lightweight, waterproof and breathable, making the items both functional and fashionable. The inaugural fall 2010 collection uses earth tones in place of the neon shades that normally grace running gear, but for safety reasons the clothing and shoes include reflectors and bright red or blue trim along seams. <\/p>\n<p>The collection will go on sale at select Nike and Undercover stores worldwide on October 23.
