The director of photography is Woo-hyung Kim (Late Autumn). Production designer is Dan Hennah (Underworld: Rise of the Lycans). Editor is Jonno-Woodford Robinson (King Kong). Costume designer is three-time Academy Award winner James Acheson (The Last Emperor, Dangerous Liaisons and Restoration). <\/p>\n<p>After a lifetime of training in PREMIER LEVEL swordsmanship, <strong>Yang (Jang Dong Gun)<\/strong> has eliminated all but one of his clan\u2019s enemies\u2014an infant whose smile instantly melts his heart. Unwilling to kill her and unable protect her from his own deadly tribe, Yang takes the baby girl and flees, planning to seek refuge with an old friend living in Lode, a frontier town in the American West. He arrives to find that his friend has died and the once-thriving Gold Rush town is in shambles, inhabited only by a few dozen eccentrics including Lynne (Kate Bosworth), a beautiful, spirited knife thrower-in-training, and Ron, a worn-out drunk (Geoffrey Rush). In order to make a safe home for the child far from the reach of his murderous clansman, Yang decides to stay on as the town\u2019s new laundryman, sealing his sword for good.<\/p>\n<p>The Warrior\u2019s Way is Sngmoo Lee\u2019s feature film debut; and he was determined to make an impact with this project. \u201cWhen I first had a chance to direct a film, I wanted to do something new.\u201d says filmmaker Lee. \u201cA cross culture film was always my interest. It\u2019s my urge to see something on screen that I\u2019ve never seen before.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Already a box office sensation in Asia, Jang Dong Gun makes his Hollywood debut with The Warrior\u2019s Way.<\/strong> Many are already considering <strong>him next in line, as Hollywood\u2019s next Jackie Chan or Jet Li<\/strong>. Jang Dong Gun says \u201cIt feels great to hear that [those comparisons]. But this is just the beginning. For now, I\u2019ll just continue to work hard.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>His colleagues are already comparing to other Hollywood greats.\u201c<\/strong>Jang Dong Gun is like Clint Eastwood for me\u201d says co-star Danny Huston. \u201cHe\u2019s got this wonderful face, which doesn\u2019t have to act or \u2013over express his sentiments\u2026 Which for me is perfect for a western!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The
